Carroll Lee Pruitt, FAIA, NCARB, APA CEO and President Mr. Pruitt is an architect, code consultant, accessibility specialist and a highly respected speaker. He has taught seminars at the annual meeting and convention of the American Institute of Architects for many years. He is a registered architect in Texas and 4 other states and has a Bachleor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is an International Code Council certified building plans examiner and a certified commercial energy plans examiner and inspector.  Additionally, he is registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as an  accessibilty specialist for plan review and inspection. Prior to forming Pruitt Consulting, Inc.
